In 2015, the Indian Ocean Commission, prepared a publication for the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP 21 or CMP 11 that was held in Paris. This publication's scope was to show how and why island countries are the first hit by Climate change and how they should counteract economically and politically.
